Technical Area
1）Review and approve technical documents(CPA/DRBFM/Contract/STR/CP&TR and so on)
2）Support other sites on electronic technical issues
3）Evaluate and support customer doubts
4）Support projects on hardware issues and project definitions
Customer and new business
1）Interface and evaluate customer demands for new projects
2）Visit customer for technical issues and new business development
3）Evaluate project feasibility(timeline and benefits)
Cost Management
Approve Project expenses and budgets
Department Leading
1）Define R&D strategy for development and P4G/DTV projects
2) Lead team to support other areas technical issues
3）Project and resource prioritization
4）Interface with Brazil projects and resources
People management
1）Keep develop and optimize RD team
2）Evaluate and feedback team performance
3）Develop successor
4）Develop team working internal and external
Others
Setup and update recorders in assembly line
Software upload in assembly line
Software control for samples and new projects
Finish Corp and boss other job arrangement
Requirement：
5 years experience on leading team, project management and Electronic product development
Fluent EN, Good leadership skills(people and technical issues). Ability to develop, training and coach team; Good communication ability ; Good critical analysis,planning and organization skills; Good negotiation and decision making skills
Good knowledge in project management tools (planning, risk analysis, activities follow up)
Know internation safety standard (VDE,UL)
Know motor control . Know EMC and reliabilty
